2010 Resolutions
What are my 2010 New Year's Resolutions?
- Mostly to get financially stable and to save money
- Build a master chef's kitchen stocked with appliances, dishes and cookware
- Maintain 95 lbs (hard considering I started cooking Fri, Sat, Sun)
- Do a sub-4 hour 2010 NYC marathon
- Move to a one-bedroom on the UES in Jan 2011 (does that count since it's 2011)
- Make more friends, be more social (NY Flyers)

Florentine Bag, Sofabed
Happy New Year's Everyone, under a blue moon!So this has been an uneventful week. I bought 1000 unaddressed business cards with my AccountEdge logo for $95.00. I shd be set for the next 5 years.
I finally bought the Pink Florentine Laptop bag, it came out to $120 instead of $82 since I waited too long after the holidays. I think that'll sate my need for the Burberry Pink Perspex Tonal Bag. I'll keep checking to see if it goes on sale. I would spend $300 on that bag, but no more.
My next purchase will be a Jennifer Convertible sofabed for $329, need to know how much delivery will cost.
Kinda torn over buying a Real Madrid Ronaldo jersey. I bought a Manchester United Ronaldo jersey and he was only there for two season's worth.

Cooking Part II
So I cooked crab bisque yesterday for Christmas. I added too much salt so it came out too salty. Also had to constantly skim off foam off the top of the seafood bisque, prolly won't make that again anytime soon. Check out my FB page for pics.
I made Pasta Bolognese today and that came out so much better. My parents thought it tasted really good and it was easier to make than the crab bisque so I'll be sure to cook it again.
I also cooked Sauteed Crab with Egg, Scallion and Ginger, a family recipe. I haven't tasted it yet so I'm not sure how it turned out but my mom said it came out well.
Tomorrow I will cook Chicken Pot Pie. I forgot to buy the frozen puff pastry so I will go to the Stop and Shop on Northern Blvd on my way back from Equinox in Great Neck to run 2 miles, my first run in two weeks. My right ankle is completely recovered.
I am going to give myself a budget of up to $30 to buy some cooking utensil or apparatus. This week I bought a $33 10.5 x 7 red baking dish.
I'm also not going to get the $550 Burberry Pink Perspex Tote but will save up to buy a $265 Kitchenaid electric mixer from Amazon.com. I'm also going to get the Pink Florentine Laptop Bag next Wednesday.
I have to get 1099-MISC forms for my two clients, Adam and Julieta. Hopefully they won't exceed 10 recipients.

Dog Christmas
I want to buy something for my dog since it's Christmas but I think he has it all. A bed, leashes, collars, harnesses, bowls, toys, you name it I have it.
