How low can I go?

Wow, I just weighed myself after a 6 mile run and I'm down to 92 lbs! I've been eating a ton too. Like for instance, today I had pad thai for lunch and leftover pad thai for dinner. I'm going to get some breakfast foods so I don't pig out on Sausage Biscuit with Egg from McDonald's (had it twice this week). Maybe some cream cheese, yogurt and bagels.

My running coach told me I have to keep a food journal so I have to start eating breakfast on a regular basis.

I think once I hit 90, I'm going to stop the slide downwards. 89 is unhealthy.
