20.69% Growth, not bad!

It looks like I'll grow 20.69%. Not bad! Not moving out. Saving to buy a coop apt in Murray Hill. WML

I ran out of work today. What should I do? I weigh 110 lbs. I weighed as low as 107.4.

I bought a new laptop. Yes that's my exciting news of the year.

Still dating Carl. He still needs to scan for me.

Murray Hill Apts and Record Profits

This year I may make 8.5% more than last year. Sorry I didn't blog much this year. Nothing to report. I watched Spider-Man Movie with my mom last Sunday. I'm in the office working today. Carl will join me shortly but his PC is updating and taking a while.
I'm going to forego Giants football games and Giants vacations and Mets baseball to save for an apt in Murray Hill. I think I'll shoot for a one bedroom in the Murray Hill area, around $550K. It will take me 4 years to save. WML

February early posting

I'll leave the date unchanged. I missed January 2017 posting. This year is not as profitable as last year. Oh well. I knew last year was a banner year. I'm trying SEO and Google Advertising. Wish me luck.

I am getting my bf to assemble a bookshelf. I hope that works out and makes my office look more professional.

We might do a staycation in May or June. Carl and me.
