Dog Christmas

I want to buy something for my dog since it's Christmas but I think he has it all. A bed, leashes, collars, harnesses, bowls, toys, you name it I have it.

My two doggies are sleeping together on a blanket. They are super-cute!

All three doggies asleep at my foot. Roddy's mom is coming any minute to pick him up.

Settling down into the new apartment. I got the third dog and boy is he noisy.

I took them for a walk around the new 'hood and they made some friends. I hope this new change in environment makes me not depressed.

New neighborhood

I walked around my new neighborhood and there is this Furry Paws there but it doesn't sell Nature's Variety frozen dog food. That means I will have to look for another pet store in that area that sells it. Big dilemma if I have to feed the doggies regular canned food, it'll be more expensive.

There is a Citibank on 57th and 1st Avenue, while there are 3 Chase's between 51st and 57th Street on 1st Avenue.

There's a Starbucks at 50th and 2nd Avenue.

There are also a couple of nail salons, two D'Agostino's, and many dry cleaners. And this was just on 1st.

One thing I found lacking is the number of quality restaurants. I saw a few divey bars, but no good restaurants. Hopefully they are along 3rd and 2nd Avenues.

Optimism

I have to stay optimistic about things. I have an apartment and I work at a job. I should be happy with my two doggies. I am not getting laid off anytime soon and sometimes I get paid to do nothing. I should enjoy the times I am off and not stress over work when I am at work doing nothing. And maybe one day I'll win the lottery.

I am dating a great guy who is a bit busy, I should just adapt and go with the flow. Maybe I can marry him and quit my job. He's really quite a catch.

I have to look at the bright side of things. I can't wait until my therapy session on Thursday. It's usually in the beginning of the week. She doesn't want to work on Monday's during the summer.

So a girl emailed me about that other site where his name appears. I felt bad telling her what had happened. I guess it will follow him wherever he goes.

I have a half marathon I am intent on running although 6 miles is the highest I've run, I have to run 8-9 miles tomorrow.

I just spent over 1k on 12 pants, 4 skirts, and 6 suit jackets. I was way depressed and stressed out at work. I decided to stop taking the paranoia medication because of the weight gain. I also gave up on stocking on Pepsi so I can cut down on calories.

I saw the cute guy at work in CT. I may have to go into work this coming Monday, Martin Luther King Jr day. Work is getting stressful.

Paddy is snoring underneath this chair while Guga is sleeping in his Manchester United bed.
