Reflections on another Year that has almost passed

So now that the year has only 6 days left, time to reflect.

Nothing major has happened this year. I did go from 100 clients to 150+ clients. I will see if I can grow the business to 250 or more and survive the whole of the next year on my tax business -- or if I can find some more part-time gigs after tax season to tide me over!

I did get into the NYC Half Marathon for March 17... I will totally start training on Friday when I get back to my apartment.

But what about relationships? The DC guy was contacting me and always trying to ask me out even though I ended the relationship in August of 2011... Yes more than a year ago. I finally blocked his number from my texts and from him calling me. LOL -- I think I finally got rid of that loser. But I mean talking to my therapist I came to the realization, even if he seems to be the only one who wants to date me, I will not date him. LOL I am so over him. I mean I went to DC for the Redskins-Giants game and then to Baltimore this past weekend for the Ravens-Giants game and I didn't contact him.

So who am I interested in? Not Brandon!

I kinda do like the Brit guy, as I see more and more photos of him I realize he is indeed very cute. LOL. Only he kinda insulted me the last time I saw him --- really turned me off him! LOL.. And I don't think he is at all interested and I really do not feel like chasing him or getting him to be interested. I'm turning 36 in 4 months and a couple weeks... Not young enough to freakin' care!

I saw my therapist a few days ago because I needed some help and was paid by my projects finally. I hope he can help me figure out why I am not dating anyone, he says I am too picky with my preferences for hair color. Let's call this Brit Andy Murray since Chi says he looks like him.. LOL, this Andy Murray is blond and I would definitely date him. LOL.. Only he doesn't seem too interested and the Brit accent is a bit annoying.

So yeah in about 2 or so years I will get pregnant through a sperm bank trip or having lots of one night stands. LOL. It depends on if I can afford sperm bank donors, even though I think they are on the cheap side.

And I will not even see Andy Murray until this Sunday for the last Jets meetup and then won't see him til September of next season and he may be dating someone else, married or deported/back to bloody old England.

And yeah I realized I can't date my therapist because he would have to give up his license.. and that ain't happening.

So yeah really hopeless.

Merry Christmas Eve

Merry Christmas, Well Merry Christmas Eve!

So I am back at my parents for Christmas as usual (with my Paddy the puggie wuggie).

So Christmas falls on Tuesday, almost as bad as falling on a Wednesday --LOL

I went back to my therapist and succumbed to his cuteness. LOL -- even though he's a Redskins fan... Even though it's the Giants fault that they keep losing so it's not really the Redskins fault. Can't win it ALL every year!

So no plans til Friday when I volunteer at Sunnyside.... Saturday I am also volunteering at the Pet Therapy program... then Django Unchained meetup and dinner Saturday night. Sunday I am doing my holiday brunch at Brasserie Beaumarchais and then going to Jets meetup group! WOOHOO. The cute Brit blond guy will be there and then I won't see him til next football season -- unless I jump him -- LOL

OK... no NYE plans... will prolly come back to my parents or stay at my apt with Paddy. My bro did mention Atlantic City - but I have like no money to spend since vacationing in Atlanta. We shall see if my bro pays for it!

Sooo sad.

I am like so drunk now. this hotel I am staying at has this happy hour, free wine and snacks. I had like 4.5 glasses of white wine in 1.5 hrs, I am very happy and drunk in my room.

I think I am hopelessly in love with my therapist but he can't date me -- he would have to give up his license, I found out, so I prolly won't go back. Also because he's a Redskins fan and they may beat the Giants to the playoffs. BOO

And then there's Davey, but I totally blocked his emails and then blocked his texts. I hope I never hear back from that loser. I was totally willing to date him and visit him more often but he tells me he's not my bf, what the fuck??? LOSER ASSHOLE -- never want to see him again.

If he was the last guy on the face of this planet, the human race will become extinct. LOL

December Plans

So, back in Manhattan, haven't been here since Tuesday... Went to the gym to wash my hair! And now at Starbucks waiting for my next client -- WOOHOO.

So after this I will prolly get the holiday cards.

And then head home. I think I may go to my parents tonight and watch Life of Pi in 3D with my mommy... Lovely Friday night plans. I was supposed to do a meetup tonight but the only other member cancelled... So I don't feel like going alone.

Saturday -- Real Madrid meetup - the organizer Sergio is leaving so it'll be a farewell party.
Saturday night I am doing a dinner at Topaz Thai and then Alvin Ailey dance performance (Memoria). Looking forward to that as I have not been to AA ever

Sperm bank

I really fucking need help. I just ended my therapy to my therapist because I had developed a huge crush on him. I don't think I was in love with him as I really did not know that much about him as I talk about myself during therapy.

Anyways, in the past few weeks I started getting obsessed with this other guy. Let's call him JL. LOL. I am not that original. But I doubt he'll search for my blog as some pathetic ex'es do!

And I'm gonna change my status on FB and put the truth on my blog. I just am not at all interested in my ex who lives in DC. I don't even know if I can call him my ex since he didn't even consider me his gf while we were "seeing each other". That's the main driving reason I broke up with him, but I was never in love with him. And if he's the LAST guy on the face of this earth the human race will end. So if he is indeed reading this, please just go away. STOP emailing me or texting me I will just really ignore it. I am just sick of him.

But I am going to try to see if I can at least friend this dude JL on FB. He doesn't seem at ALL interested. I mean the most promising thing he did was offer me some chips at the last meetup I went to. SO SAD. When I asked how old he was at the first meetup he wouldn't say. He doesn't say what kind of work he does. He's just really evasive. And I don't really like his blond ness or his foreign accent. But whatever. The only thing he has going for him is his Jets (but I do like the Giants more) and he likes the Yankees and Mets. LOL

I think I will resign myself into going to a sperm bank in 2 years.

OK I must be unforgettable. LOL!

Anyways I have this huge crush on this guy -- not really going into details but he's impossible to date. Worse than him being married (I mean people do have affairs) and a little bit less worse than him being a priest (those are sacred vows, only on GG do you see them breaking it!)

Yes, I survived the Hurricane Sandy - I mean I'm in Astoria Queens, not affected much by the hurricane and I'm nowhere near the water.

I'm working more days at that job I hate due to their power outage and connectivity issues. I hope I can make some extra cash this month so I can party hardy in Atlanta!

Yes headed to Atlanta for 4 nights in mid-December to catch the Hawks-Warriors and the Giants-Falcons (main reason I am going) -- also wanna check out CNN and Coke (even though I don't drink Coke anymore, I can drink Sprite, LOL)

So later today will attempt to go to church for first time in a long time.

And then dinner with my friend Augusto.. Might meet his parents. LOL

And then back to work tomorrow Monday!

Jason Bay Bobble Head!

This has made my trip to Marlins Stadium worth it! Jason Bay Bobble Head! Love it. Perhaps one of these days Daniel Murphy will get his own bobble head worthy of display here!

Now I am bidding on two eBay auctions for Jason Bay bobble heads, the 2010 one they displayed here and the 2011 BIG HEAD Bobble Head :)

I will definitely publish if I indeed win the bobbleheads and post pics if I get them.

Miami

In Miami watching the pitiful Mets lose to the even worse Marlins. Lol

So far this trip is going well. May leave game soon as the buses don't seem to run after certain time and then will have to walk longer distances. Lol. I'll be back for Dickey tmw and then the season finale Wed afternoon. :-)

Sunday Night - Miami Fiona Apple Concert

At the Fillmore Jackie Gleason Theatre for Fiona Apple. She didn't sing Criminal but it was still a rocking show!

September trip

So next Saturday I take a plane for the first time in over three years and go to Miami for my first real vacation in three years!!!

I will be staying at the Holiday Inn but that's okay it's on Miami Beach.

I will hopefully be going to the Fiona Apple concert Sunday night. Then the Mets-Marlins games on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Have two training sessions at the Miami Beach Equinox. That should be fun.

So tonight I am going to the Third Eye Blind Concert in Asbury Park, NJ - Stone Pony Center with Augustine who will drive me there. That ain't bad!

Tomorrow I will be doing the 1 mile Continental Fifth Avenue Mile and then Dog Day with Paddy (going with Yoko). Tomorrow night I am doing dinner at Rosa Mexicano and then Greek Trilogy Ballet at the ABT David Koch Theatre.

Sunday I will be doing training session, brunch at Favela Cubana and then dinner at Asiam with Meehan.

Monday I am going to work and then the Match event at Macao Trading Company.

Tuesday I have a Mets game with Meehan

Wednesday I am doing dinner with Ka Ming at Long Room (another groupon deal)

Thursday I am doing an All-You-Can-Eat Meetup dinner (not my own). Saeyoung will be there, that should be interesting.

Friday I have dinner at Luce and then the Firebird Ballet :)

End of Summer Plans

So this week is pretty chill.

I will be running 7 miles most likely indoors tonight and then tomorrow have a training session with Dean, replacement trainer while Andrew is away on vacation on the West Coast. Wednesday I may do the running club with Nike or Running Company. Not sure which one is best. Thursday night I have a NFL race to go to. 4 Miler in CP. Friday I am at Pequena for meetup dinner, Colombian. 5 people signed up for that one!

Saturday I have a Yankees game with JiHyun and then Sunday I have a BBQ at my parents. So far JiHyun and Augusto are the only ones going. Not sure which day I will try to run 9 miles outside.

Update for August

Went to Long Island (Farmingdale) to visit my Long Island client, seems he's ready to do the 2 audits early this year! That's a good chunk of change!

So tonight I have a training session at 5:30PM with Amanda because Andrew is on vacation on the West Coast.

After that headed to Pranna to see Hrair (who I bumped into the middle of the street 3 months ago) and Ka Ming.. Karen coulddn't make it, for dinner.

This week. Tomorrow going to see Real Madrid-Barcelona match (starts at 4:30PM) but will get there after work so around 5:30PM.

Friday going to Macondo with my meetup group.

Saturday I have a 5K in Harlem, then going to the Mets bobblehead day to get the Mike Piazza bobblehead. Then to David's BBQ 40th bday celebration. Then going to Artichoke pizza groupon with Augusto. Then heading to Wolfie & Nell and Wren with Augusto to check out the bars that my cute therapist recommended.

Sunday no plans, maybe going to the beach. Not entirely sure.

So I found out that the therapist Curtis is not married, no kids. Not sure if he is straight or gay. He told me to use a coaster for my drink so I thought he was gay - LOL

Anyways I will see him Monday night and Thursday night. I'm obsessed with him. He's very cute. He plays squash. LOL.  I don't know if that's a gay sport.

Yes, so it was Rebecca's birthday tonight so we went to 13 Step. So damn young crowd. Not a big fan of that place.

Then Cyclones game. May try to run on treadmill for 2-2.5 miles.

So I hired my therapist based on his looks and am trying to figure out if he's married or dating anyone. LOL - I just keep aiming for more impossible men!

Anyways, my personal trainer Andrew is on vacation this week and I will see him on Friday.

I ran outside this morning around 10:20AM about 4 miles, from 59th Street west side to the reservoir to the west side back down, for 4 miles. I walked for the last 10 blocks cuz my left calf or maybe my Achilles tendon as my trainer suggested got pulled/strained.

So Thursday night I went to City Lobster & Steak for Restaurant Week. Friday night I went to Dacha for meetup dinner. Saturday 12PM I did brunch at Perilla. Saturday morning I waited for free Lincoln Center Mostly Mozart tickets and got them. I went to dinner at Gastroarte with Josh (haven't seen him in over 2 months) and then went to the Mostly Mozart - Symphony 38 ("Prague") and Schubert Symphony 4 (Tragic).

So then after the personal training session today I went to my parents and went Chinese grocery-shopping at IOG in Fresh Meadows with my bro and mom.

This week. Monday night going to watch Swisher in right field (hopefully he'll be back) with Chiemi (she's leaving August 2 for Colorado after which she'll go to New Orlean's Tulane for MpH.

Tuesday no plans, might do a class.

Resting til Wed morning. Wed morning, have one of 2 therapist meetings. Have to figure out why I can't get into a real relationship with a guy.

Seems as though my new therapist hasn't confirmed my appt tonight at 6PM so I may be able to run today after all.

So tomorrow I will be working my second Friday in a row. That should be interesting. Next Friday I have a CPE class. I think I will go home to my parents to pick up my Daniel Murphy jersey! GO Daniel Murphy! I was contemplating attending the Mets/Doughtry concert tmw night but alas I think I will not. I am going to Mets-Dodgers on Saturday for the Bobblehead for Edgardo Alfonso.

Sunday will watch the Batman final movie in IMAX with Rebecca at 10:25AM. Then grab some dimsum at Golden Unicorn.

Monday I may celebrate the day cuz it's my brother's birthday. Wed is a Met opera in CP. No other plans. May do some morning training sessions.

Friday I have the CPE class at Third Avenue from 8:30 to 5PM and then dinner at Dacha.

Musings from Work

OK I am currently at work, alone. No one is here. My boss is still bugging me remotely. Need to find a new job. LOL

OK my plans. Dinner at Pescatore tonight. Tmw I have a personal training session with Andrew at noon, one-man play Macbeth and dinner at Bar Boulud. Sunday Yankees-Angels Bleacher afternoon game.

Personal trainer session on Monday night.  New therapist meeting on Thursday night. It's a guy and his pic is cute! LOL

So news on David. I went to the bank Thursday after work around 5PM and didn't speak to him cuz he was talking to someone else and I could go to someone else for help. So I left my iPhone there by mistake and he came sprinting out to give it back to me and he rubbed my right arm I think as he gave it back to me. He even said silly girl! LOL I am in LOVE. I am trying to figure a way for him to ask me out... Not sure how. Don't really want to go through Warren to express my interest in him.

And so yesterday I went back to deposit my bi-weekly check. And I went over to his desk cuz he was there and seemed not busy and thanked him. He's SO damn cute.

I am thinking I can give him my Yankees-Bosox tix - even though I can't go and say he can take his gf to the game and that way see if he has a gf. LOL. I will wait to see if I can sell the tickets and if I can't, then I'll give it to him. Was thinking of giving them to Brandon but then decided against it because it could be traced back to me. Don't want him to contact me EVER again. LOL

I think David is the cutest guy I have ever met. I am thinking Christian Bale is prolly better-looking but I never met him. He's cuter than John Fitzgerald and Patrick Schaal! LOL And those guys were pretty damn good-looking.

Anyways, I am seeking some relationship advice next Thursday from a guy and will see what to do.

Obsessed with David G, the cute Chase banker. He's the hottest guy I've ever met. He seems tall like over 6'0. Maybe 6'1, 6'2. He's like very tan. Seems Catholic or not Jewish (YAY). I have to find a way to get him to ask me out. LOL
